What are the symptoms of the widespread pandemic COVID-19?

Are you wondering whether you or your family member are  suffering from covid-19  or not?? 

First of all, don't get panic there are several symptoms that indicates us about the disease.  So let's get started telling about no. of symptoms. Before getting started  it is advised that Not all COVID patients are having all the symptoms indicated below. In some cases  patient remain asymptomatic.


1__ FEVER: First symptoms that generally captures in eyes in most patient  is mild fever. It generally last upto 3-5 days. You can take medical advice from your family doctor in current scenario, it is advised to get in contact with your doctor online via text/ call. You can take paracetamol for reducing fever not suggested in every scenario.

2__COUGHING AND SNEEZING: It is seen in several partial patients  although, it not irritates very much. You should contact you doctor and tell every possible changes that happens to patient.

3__BODY FATIGUE: On contamination the well being somedays having body pain  in some parts. Generally, our body requires extra care when our body get infected from any disease to overcome that. So, it is advised to take proper rest and proper nutritious diet that helps to fight the germs.

4__LOSS OF TASTE AND SMELL: In some cases, lost in taste and smell is often seen. And, generally we loss the will to eat our routine diet. Again, I' am repeating DON'T PANIC .

5__VERY MILD HEADACHE: Some of infected being having very low head pain. 

6__ STOMACH PAIN AND DIARRHOEA: Some of accused having stomach ache or diarrhoea. If situation get worsens then, immediately contact you doctor on regular basis. In some cases dehydration occurs to avoid this position be in regular touch with your family doctor.

7__ SHORTNESS OF BREATH: Firstly if you are feeling shortness in breath, DON'T GET PANIC measure your oxy-level through oximeter. If your oxy-level is above 94 then it is absolutely fine most probably you are feeling shortness of breath due to fear about the virus in you mind. If your oxy-level is below 94 but above 92 on doctor advice lie in prone position for 20-40 minutes. If situation not improves contact to your doctor  and follow their advice as suggested.


PRONE POSITION

So, these were some of the symptoms that are majorly seen COVID infected beings. In, some case it may differ also  in some cases.

DO NOT HESITATE TO YOUR DOCTOR . PLS BE VERY HONEST TO THE DOCTOR ABOUT ABOUT THE SYMPTOMPS.
